If you like staff that can't do anything to help you, cars broken into and crazy neighbors, this is the heaven for you!!

Had my car broken into 3 times and tires flattened in our parking area 4 times, my car and every other car in the lot. Expensive' What has the complex done to resolve it' nothing, they couldn't even keep up with the changing the light in the parking areas to keep them well lit.

I was told that because of all the problems, moving out would not be a problem. Wrong they still charged me up the ass to move. They suck!

I find it quite funny that this person took 2 years to express their feelings about their living experience at Ashton Brook. If it was as bad as they said it was, then I personlly would not have waited as long to express my feelings. Also FYI, the Staff at Ashton Brook has changed since this person lived there. I will agree with them on the fact that the past staff was horrible and useless, however the new staff could not be better. I have lived at Ashton Brook now for 5 years and have seen many new faces in the office and maintenance, however, this is the best staff yet and was the prime reason I have chosen to renew my lease again this year.
