I will start off by saying I've lived in the general area since 1987, with my parent over in Sherwood Forest. My former roommate had already been living in the complex for 2 years before and they never had any problems that I heard about.

The "crime" that people keep mentioning' It's going to happen. Period. Doesn't matter where you live. The area has fairly low crime rate.

Our only real problem was with the bathtub, about halfway through the year the thing stopped draining properly (quick shower in the morning would still have water left in the tub after 9pm). Nothing maintenance did seemed to fix it so we just learned to space the showers out and do them quickly.

They were also really nice when we found out that my roommate had neglected to inform them of our intent to move. They were nice enought to split up fee required to break the contract into several easy payments.

The tub is a consistent problem. It either drains slowly or constantly during baths.
