I have lived at Ashton Brook for the last three years and have enjoyed my time in the community. While I have been here there have been two managers, both of which were friendly and helpful when I had questions about my lease or when I went to them for complaints or when things were broken. Their staff is okay and does all that they can to help and get issues resolved. The apartments aren't new, so things break but maintenance helps get things fixed pretty quickly, and I usually don't have to call back too many times. There are things that I am not 100% thrilled about, but most of them are due to being in an apartment.
