This complex is absolutely awful. The apartments are dated and not have not been well maintained. Maintenance is extremely slow to get things done, and Management is not pro-active at all either in getting other tenants to clean up/spruce up behind themselves. There is also a problem in getting furniture down the narrow hallway into the bedrooms. Any time I have to go to the CEO of a company to get something done is ridiculous. I think a hole in ceiling caused by a flood in the apartment on the third which came through the 2nd flooor apartment and then mine on the bottom floor counts as an immediate "take care of" item. It took three weeks for me to get a response. And now as of this review, I have another leak in a completely different location in the apartment. I hate this place and cannot wait till my lease is up in August!
