I've lived in Ashton Pointe for about one year now. Mostly positive experience.

Maint requests are fixed in a timely mannor. Requests taking multiple days (ie ordering a new dishwasher) get done without my constant reminding.

Grounds are well kept and efforts have been made in order to keep them from becoming a dog park (dog waste stations and bags).

Fairly high turnover in the 1 bedroom apartments around me. Residents have been quiet thus far.

Only complaint is in parking. I often will come home from work and have all the parking spots full near my apartment. There are other farther lots but it's not as convenient as parking in front of my apartment.
