I absolutley love these apartments, my sons father and I lived there for 2 yrs. My most pleasant memory of Ashton pt. Was when I first brought my son home from the hospital.... The air conditioning in all 4 units went out...it was raining so the maitnance man was unable to fix the problem... It was extremly hot and uncomfortable...The maitnance man brought us 2 fans...My sons father was already out looking for one. This was so unexpected!!! I thank them so much for this and praise them every time I get the chance.... not to mention as soon as the rain cleared the next evening the air conditioning was up and running. They go above and beyond... Ive lived in a few different apartment complexes and Gene B. Glick is a great management company. I love them so much that I want to come back ...but the waiting list is a little too long for me :)
