In response to the noise issue, yes there is noise. This is an apartment complex you have to deal with some noise as you have people above you below you and on the sides of you. Noise is to be expected. I have lived in many apartments and I can honestly say that I don't think any of them have ever had concrete between floors. This is a residential building NOT a commercial building.
The former office staff was great, and for what ever reason they are no longer here. The new staff is just as great as the old staff. I have talked with Sheri, Stacey and Morgan many times and they are ALL very personable. As far as getting letters about trash and cars, I have NEVER received any. If there is a problem in the community the staff DOES take care of it.
This is a great place to live and I would recommend this community to anyone.
