I just resigned for another year and I love it here. The apartments are practically brand new and when you need maintenance they come the same day you call them. The club house staff is very friendly. I never have any problems finding a parking spot. My fiance and I love going for walks around the property and neighboring subdivisions. Landscaping is very nice. My monthly electric bill is never over $100 even in the coldest months. You can only hear traffic on S.R. 37 when the windows are open, if I can sleep through it anyone can.
