This was a nice place to live when I moved in two years ago, but it is quickly getting worse. The clientele that live here are getting more and more undersirable. The common hallways are filthy and never get cleaned.
Abra in the office has always been very helpful though.
My advice is to live elsewhere if you are white because this place is getting more and more "ethnic" by the day.

You are kidding right? So if you're white you're perfect? The last two apt complexes I lived in I moved because of the "meth heads" they let move in (they were white). The second complex the neighbors were loud, trashy, nasty, rude, and he beat his girlfriend (they were white). So much for moving into a mostly white, premier apt community.
I finally bought a house and I am glad. That's something you should look into.
