When I first moved in the apartments were very quite and clean. By the time I moved out, I had clans of guys sitting out drinking beers on motorcycles in front of my apartment. I could never find a parking spot b/c everyone would park thier hoopties taking up two spaces. The office staff always seemed more interested in talking to their boyfriends than helping you out. Overall, they used to be "luxury" apartments, but they had a hard time renting them out, now they are substantially lowering their criteria.
