I lived here about a year ago and had trouble on several occasions with the manager. The rest of the staff was as helpful and understanding as they could be with her as a boss. Every time I had a problem, she would either ignore it or try to put a spin on it. I spoke with her several times and even went over her head and none of the staff (with the exception of two of the other girls in the office) seemed to care as long as I was still paying my rent. The maintenance is also pathetic. My toilet ran the entire time I lived there and the air conditioner broke for almost an entire summer. When I called to ask when someone would look at it, they told me someone did earlier that day..even though I'd been there the entire time waiting on them. It may look nice, but it's definately not worth the money.

As I recall, your air conditior was repaired with in an hour,when I talked with you I appoligized for the inconvienance. This is the only conversation we have ever had concerning any propblems. Our maintenance is the best and responds to all service request within 24 hours.

HA! That's ridiculous. It's also hilarious that even though they have no idea who I was they had talked to me and solved my problem. 1) The air conditioner was out for at least a month. 2) The cops were called several times. 3) This was the worst manager of...well just about anything that I ever dealt with. Please save yourself the trouble
