The office people are very friendly that's for sure. However, the area has gone down hill (no punt intended). We've had a burglary/break-in at our apt while gone for less than 3 hrs and have had to call the cops on a number of occasions for multiple reasons (fights, reckless driving, etc). Plus the fire dept has been called (at another building) at least 3 times in less than 2 wks for reasons unknown. Some kids pulled our fire alarm so they just recently came to our building.
The apt complex is kind of hidden which makes it ideal but people from the surrounding areas walk through the complex. Also, there are a lot of people from I465 turning around in our area or dumping cars.
The only complaint I have would be that I am suppose to have a working dishwasher, which it does work but retains dirty water. The old maintenance guy told us there was nothing he could do but asked me to run it every week. I can't use it due to the dirty water in it.
Our fridge broke down & the same guy got us a loaner but we still have it.
When our apt had gotten broken into, a neighbor told us that the woman living there before us had also been broken into. The office said there was not. The kids only pushed open our patio door because the deadbolt had not been installed properly.
Our ceiling leaked water and eventually came down in a small area in our living room and they fixed it within a couple of days.
Our dining room light completely fell from the ceiling and they fixed it the next day. No one was injured.
We have a 1yr lease and will not be renewing it.
