Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I have lived here for 2 years now and only had to call maint 4 times and for 3 out of 4 times it took them about a week each to get the job done because it is always with them (we have to order the part) i mean i can understand it for some things but when a toilet wont fill i mean come on just put a new ball thingy in there,take it from a old apt i dont care just get it fixed,,The office is ok but sometimes not to friendly
