Beautiful!!!

This is a very nice complex. The apartment's inside is beautiful (I think they're about 4 years old now). Absolutely no bug problems. I can always take a hot shower for as long as I want. Maintenance always responds to calls promptly. You can paint your walls (as long as you paint them back before moving). Landscaping is always kept nicely, and I see a guy who picks up litter every day, so it's extremely clean. Blown free of snow in the winter. Great condition inside and out.
The complex also keeps up with routine maintence well--they change the furnace filters every few months, just re-paved the parking lot, came to freshen up exterior trim paint, and are cleaning our concrete walkways outside today.
My only negative comments would be that I can hear my new neighbors downstairs a lot, but keep in mind that they're really noisy. And when I reported a loud party they had to management, the apartment rep responded right away by calling me back and sending a letter to them. She also gave me the number of the apartment's police officer in case it happened again. Also, when my neighbors across the hall smoke in their apartment, I can really smell it (connected air systems') I've never reported it, but it does bother me.
One other thing: I came here after living on the Northside, and the south end of town really is different. My roommate has said Autumn Chase is out little slice of heaven on the Southside and that's true: there's messy contruction nearby (on Stop 11 and Sherman) and just a lot of ugly buildings. I love my apartment, but I wouldn't choose to live on this end of town again.
If you're comfortable on the Southside, though, I'd live here!
