New Management sucks!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
The overall mantainence of the apts have gone worst since the new management. The lakes are filled with deposits and floating layer of algae which gives a stinking feeling to once the good scenic view of lakes. The living here is good if you dont ever need to interact with the management. Least cooperative management ever seen. These apts are not worth their value.
