I have lived here almost three years and before the new manangment took over, my review would've been 5 stars with only minor complaints. Now I have too many to list. I would not recommend because of the drastic decline of property upkeep, parking, noise, dog poop on the SIDEWALK and not cleaned up. The playground landscaping has not been done all summer and there were weeds taller than most kids spread out through the woodchips. Also, I have to mention that just this summer there have been two car break-ins that I know of and nothing being done about it. I have lived in apartments for the past 10 years and this WAS my favorite. I'm afraid to see how much worse it will get.

This community was not full 6 months ago, so that is why we now have parking issues. More people living in the community is obviously going to bring some more noise. If you have a specific complaint why don't you call the office and let us take care of the specific problem? We would be happy to take care of any issues that are brought to our attention. We have received nothing but compliments regarding our wonderful community. The playground was recently weeded and new mulch was laid down over 2 weeks ago. The lawn crew was missing this particular area and we made them aware of it. The new mulch was laid once our turn came up on the contractors schedule. If you would have read the newletter sent to the community you would have noticed an article regarding the two car break-ins. We have been very proactive in this issue and everyone needs to be careful what they leave in their vehicles. Both individuals left expensive items in their vehicles (laptop computer, wallet, and extensive stereo equipment). These incidents could have happened in any neighborhood, and after discussing it with the sherriff's department it seems we were not the only victims. We are proud of Autumn Chase and considering we are completely full we must be doing something right!
