Don't believe the complainers, I am sure that they are the minority. I have lived here for three years and I am not planning on leaving anytime soon! Yes, I noticed when new management arrived because I actually received responses to my requests (the maintenance man is very pleasant). The office staff is organized and remembers your name when you walk in the door.

The property is well kept, quiet, and well worth the price I am paying for my 2 bedroom. Yeah!

I would recommend Autumn Chase to anyone looking for a great place to live!
