Let me just start by saying how GLAD I am that I did not renew my lease here. I had considered it until I got a noise complaint about my dog barking while I was gone at work and they EVICTED my dogs. I understand that it states in the least that they can do this, but how can you call yourself a "pet friendly property" if you give a person 3 days to get rid of an animal for barking' I am just amazed by this. And what's even funnier is that I lived in another complex on the FIRST floor and never had a single complaint in 2 years time and I got 2 on the THIRD floor in about 6 months. There were people who would smoke pot in their apartment or even in the corridor, stinking up the whole building, which is ILLEGAL activity, but I get in trouble for a dog bark. I know that people should be allowed to do what they want in their own homes and that's perfectly fine by me, but since when has it been illegal for a dog to bark in a pet friendly atmosphere' I truly believe that this complex is a waste of time and money. The new upgrades were fabulous, but a hassel as well to pack up your entire kitchen and bathrooms with only 4 days of notice. There is never anywhere to park at and I even paid to have a carport. What good that did because there was ALWAYS someone parked in my spot. And when I called to inform them (which is what they told me to do when I signed my lease), they told me to park elsewhere in another spot. That's a fine and dandy solution, yes, but it did not solve the matter that I could have been parking in someone else's spot and they were going through the same issues as me. I'm just fed up and I'm glad that I'm gone. Good luck to all of you still living here and I hope your experience was much better than mine.
