Horrible Management

upgrades of new appliances, counters, and cabinets were very nice. the 1 day notice to pack my stuff was NOT, nor was waiting 6 months longer than I was told.
Water pressure is very bad plus not very much hot water (only 10 minutes worth), bathroom tub & toilet very old & mildewed. If you call with a maitenance request, it MIGHT get fixed. If you call with 2 requests, you can count on only having 1 request addressed and the other ignored/forgotten. Do NOT live below anyone else, as you will hear everytime they use the toilet - both them actually going in it and also flushing. when they have their bathtub running, it sounds like yours is on.
The staff are nice enough, but really not good at their jobs. I moved out in the middle of a month so I asked them to calculate my pro-rated rent, which they did, and I wrote a check. Then when I received my deposit refund, they deducted money because they made a mistake and told me the wrong amount of pro-rated rent. So they were stupid, and I had to pay for their mistake. Irresponsible, unethical, and very bad customer service. It may be cheaper than other places, but it's because the apts are old and the staff incompetent.

Lived here?

Don't move here! You'll regret you ever did. One of the loudest, wildest complexes I've ever lived in. It seems like it's mandatory to have a loud sound system and to smoke pot to live here. You'll never enjoy an even half-way peaceful evening, as you'll constantly be hearing neighbors TV's, music, etc. It's cheap and a great location, but not so great when you don't ever want to be there. I find myself TRYING to figure out places to go so I can get some peace and quiet. Shared living spaces like an apartment complex will never be 100% perfect and quiet, but I've never had any problems in the other 5 apartment complexes I've lived in over the years. This place IS A JOKE!!! I'd rather live in a college frat house. I think even they smoke less pot and have at least one or two quiet nights a week!
