Came home from a weeks long vacation only to find "POLICE LINE-DO NOT ENTER" tape across my neighbor?s door. Aparently someone broke into his apartment and stabbed him to death. Not sure what he was in to, but whatever it was, wasnt good. Just goes to show you what kind of element runs through there. You?d be crazy to raise children in a place like that. Unless you want to chance living in an apartment that once was the site of a brutal murder, I would suggest finding another place to live. Not only that, but the apartments although spacious, are run down, old and funky! There idea of attending to maintence issues, rather than replace appliances and parts of the apartment that have reached their lifespan, they chose to band-aid the issues and fix them with temporary solutions. Horrible community- privately owned, dark dismal apartments- not enough windows, too close together, too many run down beaters taking up parking spots when they should be towed to the compactor.
