At first I thought these were very nice apartments until I had to call for maintence. My water is either freezing cold or scalding hot. Maintence just looks at the hotwater saying it is new so there can't be anything wrong with it. I have had to call 3 times because my toilet handle stays down, but they won't replace anything. My stove isn't level, and I can't get them to fix it. I have called 4 times to get the dryer vent cleaned out, but they won't do it ( there is a bird nest too far in for me to reach, as I have tried to do get as much of the junk cleaned out of it myself). I would never recommend this place anyone.

I'm glad someone feels the same way. You pay so much for crap. The water took forever to get warm so you had to run it for about 5 minutes to get it hot. My stove was switched where hot was warm. My garbage desposal wasn't working and it took them forever to come and fix it. It smelled like rotten eggs in my apartment for two days. I had to lift my door handle to shut it and this would take 3-5 tries to get it to even shut. The tile was coming up where you first walked in. There are so many ants and spiders crawling around. My power went off upstairs my last day that I was there for no apparent reason as I'm cleaning everything up.Maitenance is one old man doing everything who by the way let my dog out to almost get hit by cars. I had to tackle her in the snow in which I hit my head on their brick wall. Yeah this place sucks. I was only there for a year. Just a major joke. Broken down place with poor staff.
