This place left much to be desired. The maitenance team comes into your apartment unanounced, usually with muddy feet. The furnace filters get changed once a year. Good luck getting around in the utility room. There will be soo many wires that are taped up with electrical tape. You will be scared to get electrocuted. Also instead of running cabling through walls as it should be. They usually run it under carpet. And since the carpet is over 10yrs old. You will see it and most likely feel the large coaxile cabling. Parking is a joke. Done attempt to park at this place if you have a semi-new car. You will on average get 1 door ding a month. Since most of the residents here have cars from the 1970's-80's. Their heavy doors usually fly open without regard for other vehicles. In the winter you will typically find 1-2" of ice on all inside windows becuase of frosting and improper insualtion. Everything is electric. So expect to pay up to $175 for your electric bill in the winter. I had at least 3 or 4 different spots on the carpet that had bubble gum grinded into them. And to top it all off. You will find that most of the parents in this complex are never home. Usually leaving their teenagers at home to "frolic" with girls/guys. And usually it can get very noisy if you know what i mean. Im glad im out of this place. Life is peaceful again. STAY AWAY!!!
