Unprofessiona, office staff rude, very poor maintenance

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Dishwasher never worked, new linoleum laid over dirty floors and not tacked down properly so it is peeling up. Hole in wall behind poor repair of plumbing line that was never patched. Maintenance never follows up, doesn't tell when they will enter apartment. Office staff rude and unprofessional in handling complaints or late rent. (late rent happens, be nice)
