I currently live here and don't have TOO many complaints. For the most part, I like it. The townhomes are spacey, the fenced-in porches are nice, etc. HOWEVER, the maintenance is a JOKE! You have to tell them 5 times before anything is ever taken care of. WHen it is taken care of, they do a preschoolers job. They should offer to replace the ugly colored bath tubs and toilets which have probably been there since they were developed in 1970. Also, the carpets should be replaced or cleaned MUCH better before tenants move in. Also, the paint is peeling off the buildings outside. It's quite embarrassing when you have people over for the first time!
