I lived here for a little over year and in that year I had nothing but problems. At first they told me they were dog friendly, but once I moved in with 2 big dogs I have nothing but problems. I got calls at work everyday regarding my dogs (who I mind you very rarely bark) stating they are to loud. They told me that I would need to invest in a bark collars for both of them if I didnt want to get evicted, (mind you I didnt because they are a pet friendly community) The office staff was extremely rude, one lady would call me at work and basically yell at me for anything she could think of. She was a nasty lady with attitude and a bow down to me attitude becauase she was assistant manager. The cabinets in my apartment were made of ply wood and they were falling apart. Needless to say I moved out of my apartment a month and a half early to just get out of there. I paid my last month rent but since my dogs were no longer there I didnt pay the pet rent. They tried to say that I had to, or they were going to send me to collects (even though the dogs were not living there) I had to fight with them and explain that the dogs not being there for the last month was like me just getting rid of them, and not having any pets. It took me 3 weeks for me to get the stupid office staff to understand that. The assistant manager is the one I dealt with and she was doing it out of spite, just to be mean. I would never suggest living in this neighborhood, no matter how cheap it is.
