We have lived in this complex for over 7 years. We have had a horrible time getting anything but band-aids done for maintenance in our apartment since we moved in in 1999. They are very slow in doing anything about fixing things completely. We had a stair railing that broke free when my teenager caught himself on it to keep from falling. They came and put strip ties on it to hold it together and did not fix the drywall that came loose in the same instance. They just moved the support futher up the wall. It took over 6 months to get the hole in out kitchen ceiling fixed when there was a water leak. The price is sure right, but what a headache and embarassment. We can't have anyone over due to the condition of the apartment carpet that has not been changed since we moved in also. The staff is great, just please be patient with the maintenance staff!

I can understand a week, but when it goes beyond that, you have something wrong with your apartment complex (especially when you receive band-aids as fixes)...

"Have to be patient with maintenance"!?!?!? Are you ------- kidding me??? This ---- hole is a ------- joke from Satans ------- mouth. Stay the ---- away from this joke pit... Leaks, broken this, dysfunctional that, "we'll be there in two days"... I don't think so. If you have a leak, and it's ------- dripping on your ----, would you be patient!? I DON'T THINK SO! STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS ---- HOLE!!!
