Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I lived in avalon for 1 year. Yes they were outdated but i had no major problems with the apartment. I live in another apartment right across the street currently and wish everyday that I never moved. So, if you can handle pea green bathroom decor, this place is not too bad.
