With the recent downturn of the economy these apartments have started to go downhill. I'd recommend looking at the 911 reports for this place and decide for yourself. They also take a long time to get anything fixed... my heat has gone out several times and each time it has taken 2-3 days to fix it. If you are allergic to mold I'd advise staying away, it's behind every cabinet. That said the staff is very courteous and it's not a terrible place to live. Just be home before 10pm.

If you suspect mold you need to contact the office so it can be checked in to.
