We moved into Hickory Place 1 year ago and the things that were broken when we moved in are still not fixed. I don't think the maintenance staff knows what maintenance is. The office staff actually had the audasity to tell me that it was not their job to fix things in our apartment. This place is terrible! The buildings are run down, the staff is ignorant and the grounds are not well kept. Please, take my advice, look elsewhere.
