After reading the previously posted reviews, I would like to comment that Hickory Place Apartments is not the horrible property that its being made out to be. Hickory Place undergone new management in December 2004. Since the new management has arrived the property has made a complete 360. The office staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help make their residents as happy as possible. The maintenance staff are just as friendly and prompt. They've made some great improvements and have more in the works. I feel very safe here, not only is it a great location but Hickory Place has gone the extra mile to hire several curtosy officers to live on the property to keep an extra close eye out on their residents' safety. I highly recommend this community to anyone searching for a nice place to live.
