New Management...no changes

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
 
If there has been new management since 2004 why have there been no improvements. They are letting all kinds of riff raft move in. There have been peeping toms and people breaking into cars. All of the patio's are falling down and they don't seem to care. They don't care who they rent to. I have lived here for several years and am ready to move.
