new management = disaster!

The maintenance is horrible! When something breaks, they insist nothing is wrong with it. Most of the new office staff is very rude. Since the new management everything is gradually becoming more rundown. I have lived on the property for three years and the hot tubs have never worked. The fitness room if VERY outdated. Hickory Place is very guilty of false advertising. It is sad to see what could be a great place gradually fall into ruins because of new management. Hickory Place used to be tolerable now, I want out!!!
