I have lived in Hickory Place for about three months and it has been nothing but a headache. In the past two weeks I have had four MAJOR incidents and I am going to have to pay a lot of money or fight a long time to get out of my lease.

Everything from our personal belongings, our dog being attacked by another dog, the condition of the apartment, and safety inside and outside the apartment we have dealt with. All within two weeks - things are going to get even more ugly we feel.

This has been a major ordeal for us and we are going to get a lawyer involved to get us out of the lease. I have informed the manager of my concerns and all he said was "it could happen anywhere". Which, might be true - BUT...all four things happen to us, within two weeks, at the same place. A little bizarre to me.

My recommendation - don't live here, no matter how good of a deal it seems to be!
