I just moved into Hickory Place,and I do like it. I only have a few complaints. First, BUGS i dont think the old residents ever sprayed or my neighbors because i have bugs!!! My friend in the neighborhood said she doesnt so it could be my building. I just keep calling the office and every Friday they come in an spray. Second, alot of things were wrong when i moved in. All little though. I think since someone moved out only days before I was scheduled to move in, they did what they could do. Everything that was wrong was fixed the same day I called which is great! Also, people kind of blare there music. Sometimes it is annoying but I know I am loud sometimes too, so O well.
The office is great. I was accidently over charged for my move in, and they did whatever they could to fix it. Its not perfect. I really dont like the BUGS! but hopefully if they keep spraying that will get undercontrol. I would recommend this place right now!
