I have lived here since May 06 although I don't spend a lot of time at home. If I come home later in the evening, there are no parking spots in front of my apartment. Also, only recently did they repaint the parking lot lines when before people took up 2 spaces. There are no lights in front of my apartment unless someone has their porch light on and there are no lights by my mailbox or on the way to the dumpster so I only take my trash out during the day because I live alone. The walls are thin because I can constantly hear the baby crying downstairs, people slamming their doors and 1 or 2 car alarms that constantly go off. They are doing renovations right now but I believe rent is going up compared to the price I pay now.
A couple of good things are that the day I received my keys, my apartment smelled like pet urine and the very next day I had brand new carpet. Also, any time I call maintenance, they are usually there that day. I have had a couple problems with my air conditioning but it has always been fixed promptly. The leasing manager that I worked with was extremely friendly and helpful and always got done what I requested. The renovations are definitely improving the appearance of the complex and I hope it draws more people in. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
