Unfortunately, this property houses many undesirables even though its close to Castleton, Carmel and Fishers. Watch out your neighbor may be from Section 8 housing paying low, low rent while you're paying a very high one. Or, you might encounter a neighbor with five to seven people all living in a 1 bedroom apartment. Heaven forbids they rent a 2 bedroom that number might increase to the teens. Imagine trying to park near your own door. Impossible!! Lastly, your neighbor or an unwelcomed visitor in your own apartment may be of a smaller size. Let me introduce you to the cockroach family, the mice in-laws or believe it or not the raccoon "in your attic" gang. Their washing machines leak constantly and the dryers never get hot to dry your clothes. RENTER BEWARE!
