It is a shame!!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008
I lived at Hickory Place for 3yrs. I arrived just as the lastest management took over. The apartment and community became worse each year. My family could never make friends with neighbors because they never stayed long enough to do so. The last set were home by sunset and gone by sunrise; Christmas lights and all. (without a trace). The office staff continued to smile in my face and assure that my complaints would be taken care of but rarely did so with any promptness or expertise. They used spackle to repair leaks, and foam to replace floorboards. It took eight months of complaining before they cleaned out the kitty litter filled vents. By the time the faulty plumbing caused a flood in my apartment, I was ready to go!!
I had hoped things would get better each time I signed a lease. Hickory Place has great floor plans, space, and storage. Not to mention the closeness and convenience to Castleton shopping and Sahms Golf course and park. I was highly disappointed. I would have stayed a while longer if things were different. What a shame to own a property with that kind of potential and do absolutely nothing with it.
I hope it sells soon!!
