My fiance and I have lived here for 2 years... no I Don't work here nor affiliated with any company that may own / do business with them.

So back to what I was writing ... we have lived here for 2 years and in 2 different sides of the complex and have never seen "roaches" OR "Mice" anywhere around here. Must be some house keeping issues with some I assume.

We have never been broken into, noticed or heard of any crimes at all. As far as the comment about the "illegal aliens" that's just wrong. Who cares where they are from .. .to tell you the truth ALL these so called "Illegal Aliens", help to keep the place secure and free from crimes. They are a close knit community and all watch their neighborhoods... they do not want outsiders coming around their families causing trouble.


So .. YES I would reco this place to anyone.

Very interesting that so many current residents are rating this property(within the last few months). Shouldn't potential movers question why that is happening??) When I lived there, what was mine was mine....and theirs. My son's toys would end up at a the neighbors house. I had to address several parents on different occaisions about their children taking my son's property. Sometimes they would steal from him on the school bus. I also had a neighbor who was a loud, abusive, drunk who would leave open beer bottles (with some left) outside for my son to find while playing. I challenge you to go and see for yourself. Drive thru the property are different times of the day. Look at the number of cars that are left in the parking lot during the day (who is working?? And then drive thru in the evening and watch for children in the street. Take note of the condition of the tennis court. Better yet, ask to see the fitness center with sauna....what a joke.
