I have lived at Hickory for roughly 7 months now. I will be the 1st to admit that from the outside this is not the "cutest" apartment complex around. The Masters Apartments next door, look SO much better than Hickory, but I went there the other day with a friend of mine who is looking to move, and I was not impressed at all.
I have only had to have 1 maint. call while I have lived here, the a/c had a slow water leak that was dripping onto the carpet inside the closet in the hallway. The maint. guy was here within a 1/2 hour and it was Sunday night.The pool and hot tub area are nice.
