We lived in Hickory Place Apartments for two years. We have been very impressed with the management and maintenance staff. They have been easy to contact, responsive, and have followed through quickly with maintenance requests. Our neighbors overall were quiet and the area was safe. If we did not have to move out of state, we would have stayed at Hickory Place Apartments. We feel the rent was affordable and appropriate and would recommend this complex to other potential renters.
