During my time here I have been through the ups and downs of different management every 6 months or so. Word on the street is that Management is getting ready to change again. Sounds like there is a huge problem. I have lived here for several years and the office is always really rude and it takes forever to get my problems fixed. When we first moved in, it seemed like a really nice place to live and safe. Not too long after that I noticed a lot of problems. They have 3 apartments by me that have more then enough people living in them. I'm talking like 6 or 7 people in a 2 bedroom apartment. Vehicles have been vandelized several times. Parking is horrible. God forbid it snows because you will be either sinking in a foot or two for weeks until they ever get out and fix it or it melts first. If you want anything done you must do it yyourself or call everyday for months for it to finally be done. I don't think this is the maintance its probably the office staff. I have gotten into several arguments with them over stupid stuff that I can't control because they need to come out and get it fixed before someone gets hurt. My door rusted out and I couldn't fix it so until someone got hurt and had to get stitches they finally came out. This place really needs to be fixed. They put new sideing over rotting wood a few years ago which did nothing but hide the rot and mold growing on the outside. I have had people who actually work here tell me to move because of the different things that are wrong with the place. We found bare wires in our dining room when WE changed the switch because the other one had broke and they never came out to fix it. I think someone needs to come inspect this place because it is really unsafe. Not to mention you dont ever have any parking because everyone who has 6 or 7 people in their apartment usually has 3 and 4 cars so you have to park a mile away to even get in your house. Which is not safe beaues you have to walk so far. Hopefully moving when my lease is up.

If these were all really a problem you wouldn't be "hopefully moving" when your lease is up you would move no questions asked

Just an update. Since the new owners have taken over things are going great! I am so happy to be able to call the office and not have to end up yelling at Kathy. Things get done so much quicker and easier now with the new staff. Hopefully this place will go back to what it was before it got totally trashed. There are many improvements new signs, new flowers etc... Things are much better now and I am much happier. :)
