I still live here and have been for 3 years. The interior is dated and ugly. The appliances are from the 80's, if not older. They "say" they are remodeling, but I suspect those that already live here will not see any of the improvements in our units. I could live with that. But what I can't live with is how they let a family of 8-10 move into a 2 bedroom apartment with 4-6 cars. Music blaring, kids running wild at all hours. They know what's going on but choose to ignore it. As long as they get the rent anything goes. My car has been broken into twice and my neighbors car once. So, I don't recommend this place at all unless it is your last resort.

I agree and can you believe that my neighbor and I saw a brand new maintenance man moving ALL new appliances into his house?? And the people who have been there paying their rent still have those old, yellow, non working appliances. It shows what type of people are managing and working there. They don't care about their residents.

I asked for a new frdge and got one within a week. Did you ask for one? If not, you should go up to the office and ask......they might surprise you. The old owners said they would get me a new one but I would have to pay for it, but this new company sent maintenance out and surprise....I got a new one!
