Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I moved in April 2008 , It's not really an exciting place but it's practical. Cheaper than any other apartments I found in the area and i've got a washer/dryer in unit! Utilities are WAY cheaper than my last apartment. I feel safe here. I've never encountered anyone shady. Oh, and maintanence has been great. All my reports have been solved promptly. I can honestly say this is the most stress-free housing I've ever had.
