GO FAR FAR AWAY From: jazzie0613@aol.com Date posted: 7/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   When me and my roommate first saw these apartments we thought it was a nice neighborhood and the price wasn't bad at all. We were about to find soon why the were so low. Move in day came, and we had to write down what was wrong with the apartment before we settled in. Also, for them to fix anything that might have been broken from the last tendant. It's time to move out and those things are still the broken and remain that way the whole time we were here. We constantly have to walk by groups of dudes to get into our building. Being two females that is the most uncomfortable thing EVER!! Once we get in the building we are smacked in the face with the horrible smell of marijuana. Dudes constantly yelling outside your windows. ITS JUST HORRIBLE. MAINTENCE IS HORRIBLE. TENDANTS ARE HORRIBLE. I suggest if you have another place in mind go there first. PLEASE.
