Looking for a risk'

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I moved into Bayhead in July of 2005, thinking I had gotten a great deal on a really nice apartment. The day I moved in, a neighbor was taken away by the police and I found 2 knives on the tennis court. There's a lingering smell of pot and cigarettes in the halls, and no insulation in the walls so I have to hear everything that goes on in the other apartments. The management is constatly changing, and while the outside of the buildings are being redone, the inside is still falling apart. I often feel that the management staff doesn't take my complaints seriously or act to correct any problems.
