SAVE YOURSELF- DO NOT SIGN! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Do NOT move into this neighborhood. I was threatened by our neighbors- management's solution' I MOVE. At this time, I'm currently ending my lease early due to the new neighbors who were moved into my new apartment building. They do drugs, party, scream, blare music- management doesn't care. I feel unsafe, uncared for, and unworthy of their attention. They have a 24 hour maintanence garuantee. They say they'll fix your problem in 24 hours. I've been waiting 2 weeks. They're uncurteous, leave a mess when they finish, just an all around pain. Staff changes constantly, you never know who is working, or who the head of the management team is. They are overpriced and in a poor area of town, unsafe and irresponsible. I paged the on-call courtesy officer to control the party blaring at 2 am. He never responded and the party continued.
