My experience with Bayview Club was short-lived. I viewed 3 models and was "In Love" until a week before my move-in date I saw MY apartment was TOTALLY disappointed. First, upon entry there was cheap lamenent tile on the floor. These are supposed to be "Luxury" apartments!!!!!! Why was I looking at the cheapest tile you could find' Secondly, there were stains on the floor from the previous tenant and the fireplace was not intact, yet, this apartment was "Move-In" ready. I will admit, my leasing consultant had a very pleasant attitude and said she would have the cleaning crew re-do the carpet but when I spoke with the "Assistant Manager", she finalized my decision to not move in due to her lack of customer service. I requested her to view the apartment with me, she declined and then said I could not get my deposit back because the apartment was "Move-In" ready. In her words she would have moved in the apartment even with red stains on the floor. REALLY'''' It was a very frustrating ordeal because it was so last minute. A word of caution: Request to look at YOUR apartment before you move in and pay a deposit.
