I have lived in Beech Grove Village for 1 1/2 years now. They didn't charge me a security deposit to move in. It is quiet here and the staff is very nice. Nicely priced for the square footage. Older units, but they do a good job upkeeping them. Maintenance is usally done the same day or the next day. I work late hours and often can't make it down to the leasing office, they have been kind enough to bring my packages up to my apartment for me upon request. I haven't had any major issues here - they have fixed anything that I have asked of them. I live in an upper unit and almost never hear the neighbors downstairs unless I'm in the bathroom (you can hear through the vents of the bathrooms a tiny bit). I never hear anyone in the upper unit next door to me. I haven't encountered any crime here at all - the only incidents I've ever seen were when some college kids in the apartment complex next door got rowdy in the summertime. The only reason I am planning on moving out is that the south side is really far away from my friends & my church.
