I have been living here for 9 months and I have been very happy with it. Don't just judge it from the outside! Maintenance is great, they always come the same day and fix or replace whatever is needed. The office staff and maintenance men are very friendly. The fitness room is small and has limited hours, but the equipment is new. The pool is nice, but the tennis court doesn't have a net. It is very affordable for the space. Large living room/dining area, lots of closet space (3 large closets and one coat closet), and decent sized bedroom (in the 1 bedroom, 1 bath). The tub is pretty big, which is nice, but the bathroom and kitchen are on the small side. My neighbors are very nice and helpful, my neighbor even shoveled me out during the bad snow this February! I hate to leave, but I have taken a job somewhere else. Otherwise I would be staying. Very family-oriented community. I work very early and I haven't had any noise problems yet. I feel very safe here. I have left my car unlocked before and it was fine. It is about 1-2 minutes from 465 and 4 minutes from ST. Francis. I would recommend this place for families and hospital employees.
