I've lived here for 6 months now and will renew for at least another year. The cost is excellent when you consider they pay the gas bill and water bill. Maintenance has been very friendly and quick to respond. It's quiet for the most part and seems low crime. The only emergency vehicle I've seen in six months was one ambulance.

The parking lot is a little beat up after the snow plows came through this winter, but that's a pretty minor thing to complain about.

Great location, very close to a lot of stores and activities.

I just wish the kitchen was bigger and there was laundry hookups in the apartment, but for the price you just can't beat it.
